We are located in Southern California and ship via USPS Priority mail, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Ground to the entire USA. Three day shipping is for United States customers only. FTA satellite units purchased at bulk price rates will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping time for USA orders of free to air receivers purchased at regular price usually takes between 1-3 business days from date of order to reach its destination within the continental USA. If you order and pay before 12PM PST Monday-Friday, your item will be shipped the same day. If you order after 12PM PST on Friday or over the weekend your order will be shipped out Monday morning as we do not ship out on the weekends. Tracking numbers are mailed to your provided email address via USPS or UPS. Please check your junk mail folder if it does not appear in your inbox. When paying via our merchant, Paypal, your shipping address must match the billing address that is associated with the Credit/Debit card that you are attempting to make the payment with. Otherwise, the transaction will not be successful and your Credit/Debit card will not be charged.
